Return and Refund Policies


Our production partners take extra care when creating your order, should any mistakes slip though the net then you are entitled to make a claim. Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense. Please Note that delivery investigations for lost parcels can take up to 90 days.

If you notice an issue on the products or anything else on the order, please submit a problem report.

Wrong Address - 

If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable). Please take extra care when entering your home address and always double check it. 

Unclaimed - 

Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself.


All items may be returned within 14 days from the delivery date, [Items not included are: Underwear, swimsuits/ swim bottoms. These items can not be returned Due to Hygiene Reasons.] If you are unsure about sizes please contact us we would be happy to help you, Please also use the size charts for reference.

How to return-

When Placing a return Please fill out the returns form here. Please ensure the return is made within 14 Days. It is advisable that you return your package using a tracked service, Lost packages can not be refunded. You are liable for the return fee. Please note that your original shipping cost is NOT refunded

Wrong size order-

If you have purchased the incorrect size, please return the product and re-order. We are unable to swap sizes.


Unfortunately we are not able to cancel an order once it has been placed. It is important that you double check your order 


Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:

1. the supply of goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized;
2. sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and thus aren't suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons,

therefore Art House Five reserves rights to refuse returns at its sole discretion.

This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
